What if your technician has to leave for parts and return another day, do I get charged again?
No! In the event that we have to specially order your parts, we only charge you one call out fee until the initial job has been completed.
Is there an hourly charge?
No, we don't charge hourly rates, just one call out fee until the job is completed
Will I know how much the final cost of repairs will be upfront?
Our technicians will always provide an itemised quote before any repairs are conducted; you choose whether you would like to proceed.
Do I have to pay on the day of the job, and how can I pay?
Yes. Payment will be expected at the completion of repairs via credit card, cash, cheque or EFT (please note: there is a 3.03% surcharge on AMEX payments).
Do you provide a warranty for repairs?
SPR offers a 3 month warranty on any parts they have replaced.
Can SPR repair my model printer?
The technicians at SPR are extensively trained in repairing and service printers of all major brands and models, as well as large format printers, photocopiers and MFC devices.
What are your operating hours?
Our office hours are between 8.00am – 5.00pm.
Are your technicians qualified?
Yes, we only employ fully qualified technicians. SPR technicians also continue their training with internal and external training courses throughout their employment.
Do you need to be a member?
No, we are a service and repair company that is available to businesses and organisations of all sizes, as well as the home user.
